Entrepreneurial activities cannot be residential real estate, labour hire, or buying an existing enterprise or franchise.
Your 188 Entrepreneur visa
Held continuously for at least three years (four if invited before 1 July 2021), with at least two years living in Australia on the visa.
Two of these, or one plus support
Employing two or more Australians or permanent residents, annual turnover of at least AUD 300,000, a provisional, standard or innovation patent, ongoing funding or investment, a university partnership, or selling a venture for AUD 2 million.
The supporting evidence
Adapting your activity into other business areas, a statement of success from your nominator, corporate sponsorship, starting or contributing to other businesses, formal awards or recognition, or raising social capital.
