When you contact us by phone, email or message, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact details and information about your circumstances. Our hosting provider also records basic technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages visited) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to provide migration assistance. As a MARA-registered migration agent, your agent is bound by confidentiality obligations under the MARA Code of Conduct in addition to the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, and we do not use marketing cookies on this site. If we introduce website analytics, this page will be updated first.
Access and corrections
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep under law and the MARA Code of Conduct, by emailing enquiry@greatjourneymigration.com.au.
