Visa outcomes depend on facts specific to you, and only a consultation can address them. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on this site without obtaining advice on your situation.
Migration rules change
Australian migration law and policy change frequently, sometimes without notice. We review the visa information on this site regularly, and each visa page shows the date its facts were last reviewed along with a link to the Department of Home Affairs. If anything on this site differs from the Department's current information, the Department's information prevails. If you notice something that looks out of date, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
No client relationship
Reading this website, or contacting us, does not make you a client and does not create an agent and client relationship. Our professional obligations to you as a client begin when we both sign a written service agreement, which sets out the scope of work and the fixed fee before any work starts.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
